DVD is very happy with sales progress and he would expect the incentives on Poly to get progressively worse

They need something to sell until LSL opens in 2027 - The cabins are not going to put food on the table for any sales rep, and RIV will sell out soon.

You don’t even have to put a deposit. Call a guide and get all the details. They’ll have to honor it for a week.

“Developer Credit starts on April 29, 2025 and expires 7 days after initial Tour interaction. All Tours must be completed by July 14, 2025 when the offer expires.”

You can even explicitly ask them how long do you have to make a decision.

Yes, but be transparent with your guide. They can have everything prefilled out for you and be ready to switch it out for you.

Does the annual passholder $1000 off expire with this round of incentives or do we know? I know the D23 discount lasts until December so I was hoping the annual pass discount can be applied to the next round of incentives as well

It very well might. Earlier during the current pricing they had $1000 off for Disney Visa (not for AP). That expired and they replaced it with the AP discount.

I don’t think there is any correlation at all

If you buy Sunday or Monday you would get the current incentives. New incentives drop on Tuesday.

You can still get the current pricing and switch if the offer improves in the new release.

Don’t forget to get a referral from a current member for $500 off if you buy direct (assuming this is your first DVC purchase). You can check out the pinned “Dream it forward referral” thread if you need someone. If not first purchase, D23 Gold is a quick and easy way to get $500 off (assuming your guide won't require you to present the physical card which takes a some time to arrive). You can't get both - I asked in April.

You do not need to show them the physical card. Install the D23 app on your phone and provide your guide with a screenshot of the digital card. Your D23 card will be visible in D23 app not MDE.

I did precisely this to get the D23 discount on a direct purchase back in May.

Should work in theory. The app has not been working to display digital cards since I signed up in mid-June. I understand it’s a common problem.

Dang I was hoping it would last into the next set of incentives like the D23 offer as the most likely time I would be tempted would be just before our Sept use year for our WDW points to get double points. 100 points level seems like it was the sweet spot this period, since the $1000 annual passholder and $500 d23 discount disproportionately affect the smaller point purchases. Considered adding 100 at Poly, but it's still $208 per point after those deals currently
