Ok, with the potential change in plans (deciding to go into the parks on the Labor Day weekend) we are considering doing Breakfast with Minnie and Friends that day.

In order to maximize our time in the park before the crowds get crazy, we thought we would enter for early morning entry (8:30) do some rides etc... and hold off on breakfast for a bit... and made a tentative seating for 10:50am, just when the crowds will start getting busier.

My question is, will the character interactions still be as good at the last seating of the morning (Or will they all be tired, and almost out of the room)... we dont want to waste $$ going so late, and then find that the characters dont have time for us- since we would really only be going for them, considering what we have read about the food. That being said, will the buffet be sparse and old by that time as well?

I dont want to necessarily make a really early reservation and waste valuable time in the slowest part of the day for the park. KWIM?

We have a current reservation at Lilo and Stitch breakfast... which we will cancel if we decide to go the "park route"... or else keep that reservation which is at 9:00am and forego the parks as originally planned.

Thoughts from you DL veterans?

We have done the 10:30 before abd have had good interaction. Our last rip though, we just missed Wendy and Peter/ That was a drag

I'm definitely not a veteran, but wanted to let you know our experience. We were there last week, and had a ps for 10:20. We had a great time! We saw 13 characters, and some came by 2 or 3 times. They definitely did not seem like they were in a hurry or were tired, and they spent plenty of time at each table. There were times we'd have 3 or 4 characters around our table! :) It was so much fun.

The food was actually pretty good! There was plenty of it and it didn't seem old or anything. My dh, the breakfast critic :rotfl2: liked it a lot and said he would come back.

We did this on our early morning entry day, and it was nice to have a bit of a break, meet some characters, and recharge for the rest of the day.

Hth!

We like the 10:30 PS and we've never had any issues not seeing characters. We are there for at least an hour, eating and meeting and new characters are always rotating in and out. I think you'll be fine.

Thanks Guys! We decided to go for it.

1 day park hoppers for the Saturday... head to the GC concierge for a light breakfast (Or a pastry and coffee!) then start the park off first thing... stop for breakfast at 10:50 at Minnie & Friends then continue on with our day at the parks. It will be super condensed, but I think we would have regretted at least trying. If it's to busy, then we will head back to the hotel and relax in the pool forgetting the madness!

One question I had about breakfast... I noticed in someone's pics that Rabbit was there!! WOW!!! We never see Rabbit... was this just a freak occurrence or is this a real possibility while at breakfast or around the park that day? My sons LOVE Rabbit... but he's a character that doesn't get much face time!

The list of characters that I have heard attend the breakfast is pretty vast... how many are usually there at any given time? Is it usually about 5 or 6, but they vary? Or are there actually that many that attend?

SUPER excited... can you tell?:banana::banana:

:O)

I've only been there 2x but I didn't get to see Rabbit. I also noticed that the people who replied were saying they had reservations a bit earlier than you. I did the MM plan & went at 10:30 too & saw most of the characters no problem. However, one time I saw Pooh walking around at the start of my breakfast but he never got to my table b/c he had to go to CC to do his meet & greets; Eeyore, though was able to stay longer.

Maybe if you finish your morning plans early, you could go to breakfast a little early so that doesn't happen to you.

Have a great breakfast!

I have a PS there for 9:30am next Weds and hope that I will get to see a lot of characters. I'm soooo excited!

Rabbit has not been there when we have, nor has Pooh but we did get Eeyore. :) Which was fine with me, I love that Eeyore!

When we were there we saw Pooh, Tigger, and Eeyore but not Rabbit. Sounds like it is the luck of the draw, so here's hoping you get to see lots of characters!

We just did 10:40 and it worked great. Characters were there and happy. That said, I didn't like it as much as Ariel's and Goofy's.
