Late reservation time at Chef Mickey?

I currently have a 9:25 reservation at CM. I also have a 7:05 am on a different day. Both of these days will be resort days, so no hurry to get to the parks. We're staying at WBC. I am leaning toward keeping the later and dropping the earlier so we can sleep in a little, make our leisurely way to what will likely be brunch (my kids will probably still wake up early and need a small snack in the room but at least I could enjoy a leisurely coffee in my Jammie's before heading out to our ADR.) if we keep the early one, it will be a rush to get there. However, my only concern is that the food will be gross and the restaurant trashed and dirty by 9:25. At least at 7:05, everything will be sparkling clean and fresh. Anyone got any experience with a late CM res time?
