Late reservation for Boma question

We have a 10:40 reservation for the Boma breakfast buffet. They stop serving at 11:00. Since our reservation is so late, are we in danger of missing out on some items or having old dried out items on the buffet? Will they just stop replacing foods on the buffet when it gets that late? There are some things that I would be really bummed if I missed out on, like the pap or the French toast bread pudding.

We had a 10:50 am ADR for breakfast at Boma a couple of weeks ago. And, as luck would have it we even arrived a few minutes late. They don't stop serving at 11:00 am - that is the time that they stop seating.

The service was just as good - no rushing. All of the foods were still on the buffet and they were still making fresh hot items. We were there about 40 minutes - and some tables were still there when we were leaving, and still going and getting food. They started breaking down some parts of the buffet about the time we asked for the check.
