Hi there,

Wondering about the experiences of anyone with the late night (midnight ish) ME. Did you have a long wait, and did you get regular sized bus?

I read a prior post from someone who was put on a small mears shuttle because there wasnt many people - does anyone have any firsthand experience with this?the idea worries me -- we're not bringing a carseat, and I'm okay with my toddler riding on a big bus without one, but I don't think I'd be comfortable with a small shuttle and no carseat.

I had this experience last May. Our plane was SouthWest flight was delayed several hours and we did not arrive until around midnight. No problem at all - there were 2 buses there waiting. We did have a regular size bus. This trip we stayed at the POP Century and I believe that we let passengers off at 1 other resort before the POP Century stop.

Last March we landed just before 10 p.m. We ended up riding in a van to our resort. There was no excessive wait. There were MANY buses leaving, but none to our resort. I'm sure if we had asked we could have been routed onto a bus ... after all, there are no pre-set groupings of resorts, they decide it at the time based on reservations plus who is actually there waiting.

I totally share your safety concerns, but I'd feel very confident they would put you onto an actual full-size bus if you request it ... in all likelihood you WON'T need to make any such request, the overwhelming majority of guests are transported by motorcoach.
