What do you think of this plan? We are staying offsite at the Fountains for the week but I booked one night (Monday, July 9) at PBH in order to take advantage of the perks. Here is my plan...

1. Moderate Sleep in Morning: Check in the PBH around 9:30.
2. Drop off luggage and hit Universal....enjoy until about 3:00 PM
3. Go back to PBH, check into room, enjoy pool.
4. Dinner and exploration at Citywalk
5. Rope Drop Harry Potter the next morning
6. Enjoy Island of Adventures
7. Possible pool break around 1:00
8. Back to Universal or Island of Adventure around 4:00
9. Enjoy parks for 2-3 hours
10. Head back to The Fountains for a good nights sleep.

The next day we will sleep in and do a late arrival at Epcot.

some like to check in early and utilize the perk of early entry on their check in day.

some don't.

if you want a laid back vacation, your plans are good.

for me, i check in early on the first day and do the early entry.

if you find that you want to spend more time in the park, use the early entry on check out day.

i would have to look at the UO calendar to be sure of opening time.
if the park opens at 8, then early entry for hotel guests would be 7.

you might want to go back to the studios in the early evening to watch the night time new show at the lagoon area.

you won't be able to see it all from city walk.

this might be the one time you can catch it since you are leaving the studios around 4 for the fountains the last day.

you will see crowds in the parks but you won't have much of waits for rides and shows with the express line usage.

i think you will have a fun time for those couple of days.

Hey we just did exactly what you are planniing, we also stayed at the
fountains came to the park each day after 10:30 out of the park by 5ish. Did single rider for any ride over 40 min. Every time sign was very off by 10 or 15 minutes. I used a stop watch. Dont kill yourself, enjoy, the only late night was dinner and movie deal, well worth it.

Since you're staying onsite this should work fine for you. I recommend against it for offsite people though because you can literally see people pouring into the Studios later in the morning.

Definitely try to take a pool break. The pools are great and you can even pool hop if you want to.
