Late flight in, food options?

Right now I'm debating between a crack of dawn flight, and a late one the night before. If I pick the late one, it won't land until 10:30 pm. It looks like most of the restaurants in MCO close at 8 pm. And I think most of the resorts close their food courts at midnight. Are there any options for food, besides packing something along with me?

I have had the same issues with late flights. In the past I have rushed to the food court and often ended up with food that has been sitting around too long. Would you be able to grab something in the airport? Perhaps a sandwich to either eat at the airport or carry to the resort to eat after you get into your room. I think you might have more options at the airport.
