Late Feb weather?

Who has been in late Feb and how was the weather generally? Will it be shorts or long pants weather?

You know what...there's no telling... REALLY! We just got back today and it was so warm the whole time we were there it felt more like May or early October. Definitely swimming weather! NORMALLY this time of year is somewhat chilly as is late Feb. But, the norm is not the norm anymore. There was even an article in the Orlando Sentinel yesterday talking about how 2007 may be the warmest year on record EVERYWHERE in the world!!

It's supposed to cool down again tomorrow to more normal temps but that can change just as quick as it warmed up. Just watch the forcast as it gets closer to your travel dates. Normally late Feb is cool but it can certainly be warm too!

Thanks. I know the weather is weird this yr. We live in New England and it was 65 degrees yesterday and we've got no snow! (I'm not complaining mind you) We were just at WDW over Christmas and I remember 2 yrs ago it being cold so I packed long pants and tshirts. Luckily I did throw in 1 pr. of shorts each, which I didn't expect to wear. It was so warm I could have used a tank top! Guess I'll bring both for Feb.

It's the whole el nino thing messing with the weather. I'm really wanting some 70 degree days!

Bring clothes you can layer. Bring at least one pair of shorts, bring some long pants, bring both long and short sleeve shirts that you can wear together if it gets cold, bring a jacket (one with a zip out liner works great, and if it's waterproof, even better), and don't forget the swimsuit. Then you have all the bases covered. As crazy as the weather has been, those people who make the pants with the zip off legs that make shorts should be raking in the money.

My DH has those pants that zip off into shorts. He loves them for Disney for just that reason. Wish I could get some in my size.
