Late check out

Hi everybody... i wanto to know if HRH have late check out because my flight is late at night and y wanto to rest in hotel and how much it cost.

you have options here.

you can request a late check out which on the average would be one hour past normal check out time.

you can talk to a manager at the front desk and ask him for a later check out time.



if the hotel is close to 100% occupancy for that night of your check out date, don't hold your breathe for more than the hour extra.


you can store your belongings with the valet for the baggage area when you check out.

you can relax in the lobby area if you don't want to leave the hotel.
or you can sit outside in the garden area by the boat/ water taxi dock.

still the option of hanging out in city walk, take in an afternoon movie, or late lunch.

when i have stayed at the hrh, i have used the late check out.
i then store my belongings with the bell hops and go to the park and city walk.
i return and retrieve my belongings in the evening as i take a night flight out of orlando each year.

Sign up to join the Loews First program. Give your Loews First number when you check in. They will tell you to request the late check out the morning you are leaving.
If you cant' get a late check out just leave your bags with the bellman. You can then go to the parks or relax by the pool. You can shower at the fitness center which is included in your Loews First perks.

the late check out with a loews perk is one hour past regular time.
(noon w/ late check out)

HRH is not a part of the Loews program.
they pulled out July 08.

They typically want you to call the morning of check out to see if it's available. I have never received anything but a 'tude when I tried to call the night before. And I usually get a 'tude when I call the morning of as well, like they're doing me some great favor giving me till noon or one.

Why is that? Anyone else have the same problem? We are platinum, pay a qualifying rate, and I don't "demand" anything. Just wondering if it's just us.

I know some people have been able to do later check outs at PBH and RPH, but the op needs the info for the HRH late check out.


since HRH is not participating in the Loews You First program, they don't abide by the late check out of that program.


I believe it is strictly up to the manager on duty to decide late check out without a fee at HRH.


Under the Loews program, i always did late check out of 2:00. i was on the platinum level though.


Last year at HRH, i did a late check out but it had to go through the manager on duty. There was not a lot of rooms booked in advanced for the day I did the late checkout then.
