Its for Disney Visa cardholders only right now. Supposed to be released to everyone else on Thursday. I'm waiting until Thursday.

I just called. I have a Finding Nemo suite booked already for 8/17-8/23. I am a Visa holder so I called and inquired about that. They said that the Nemo suites are exempt from the promotion and I could get either a Lion King, Cars, or unthemed suite (???) for $413 less than what I'm paying now. This is for 3 adults and 2 kids so I'm thinking that there is more to this discount than just the room discount.

15% off of the room only would be $233.

Now I just have to convince my traveling companions (wife, kid and friend) to switch.

If you are booking with your Disney Visa you don't need a code

I'm sorry I guess maybe I'm reading it wrong or just confused, this is for Disney cards holders only? But then I saw it would be 15 percent off art of animation suites, if your in the little mermaid room, would it make a big difference? Wouldn't I be paying more

I have to correct my previous post. The quote on the discount that I got earlier didn't include the insurance that we had paid for. I got 15% off the AoA suite but did have to move to Cars from Nemo. I'm hoping that I can ask for a switch when we get there and they'll move us but Cars will work if we can't.

We wound up saving $262 for a 6 night stay. Essentially a free night in the room. It beats a sharp stick in the eye but it's not free dining by any stretch.

The current discounts that were released today are only for Disney Visa holders. These discounts will be released to the general public this Thursday, May 9.

The Little Mermaid standard rooms at AoA are blacked out for the room only and free dining discounts that were released today and will also be blacked out for the general public discounts on Thursday.

I have a garden view room booked at the Contemporary from 8/18-8/23, I notice that the Contemporary discounts listed don't include garden rooms. What would their reasoning be for that?

They are already full or close to it. No need to discount to fill.
