Nothing other than you will most likely wait longer for your table than you would if you showed up 15 minutes early. I'm not sure what the limit for "lateness" is before they would "give away" your ADR, but I don't think 15 minutes is a big deal.
That said, we always try and arrive 15 minutes EARLY.
