With regard to the Unofficial Guide crowd predictions, I just checked their website and the last week of Sept was 4/5 out of 10, depending on the day. The most crowded day of our trip, which begins Sept 21, was a 6 on 9/22.

It's nice to hear that the crowd levels should be low. I was more than a little worried there!!

We went the second week of September last year, and the crowds were super low. We were able to ride attractions like Buzz Lightyear over and over with no wait, and no fast pass. It was great!

Hi! We'll be at the WL from the 24th through the 30th. It's me, DH, DD(almost 3), and DS (4 mos).

With 2 little ones, no planned ADRs yet. We're hoping to play it by ear, which we did successfully last year when we went the first week in September.

I was expecting the crowds to be low this week, but we just got down looking at attendance from a chart in the Unofficial Guide from 2005, and it listed Sept 22 - 28 as an 8 (out of 10, with 10 being the most busy). The rest of September was a 2.

Has anyone been to WDW during this week before? Is it really busy, or as slow as the rest of September? Does anyone have the 2006 guide that they could check??

ok...after much thought and despair we had to change our week from 9/30=10/7 to 9/23-9/30. DD got a solo in the marching band and there is a competition the week we WERE going. ADR's were a little difficult to get but I ended up with almost everything we had before just a few different times.
And, my son and his wife will not be going with us after all. Miss Kayla was born on the 29th and had to stay at the hospital until today due to an infection. We didn't want to take any chances with our precious girl so soon. So now we have 2 rooms POR for our family and my mom and dad in another for a total of 11 for 9/23-9/30.
