Hi all!

I've been lurking here awhile but this is my first post. Anyway I have a question. I cannot take my daughter out of school and originally planned for a President's week vacation and resigned myself to long waits and very early mornings. I have since found out that spring break for us next year is the last week of april < I live on Long Island> so I switched my plans. As far as I know most of L.I. and some of Jersey have that week off. I don't know about anywhere else. I was wondering what y'all thought the crowds would be like. I've been during Jersey week and found the crowds very manageable < even though we ddint usually get to the parks until after 10am>. Do you think the crowds will be similar to Jersey week? I'm thinking it has got to be better than President's week? Did I do the right thing by changing my plans?

Thanks ,
Cat

::yes:: I think you will encounter moderate crowds which will be lower than Presidents Week.I think you did the right thing and you and DD will have a great time and enjoy great weather.Have a basic plan in place on what you want to see and do,use Fast Pass and you will be fine. Please feel free to ask all the questions you want. The folks on this board will be glad to help.Hope to see you often on the boards now.::yes:: :wave2:

I just got back from DW on Sunday and just rebooked for April 2005 also, see my countdown timer. I'm not sure BUT I would have to think that next year will be lighter than this year as most schools get Easter week off or earlier April. Lets keep our fingers crossed!!!!!!!!!

Easter in 2005 is March 27. It will be long over by the end of April. If most spring breaks are tied to Easter, they will also be long over.

Thank you all who replied :)

Does anyone have an idea how it will compare to jersey week?

We are so excited for this trip!!
