 I'm doing my nails and watching a movie. What are you up to? :)

We're watching TV, Fran wanted us to start watching "Glee", so we're watching that, but Gag me...if we have to add this our repertoire....Ugh! These characters are just absolutely unreasonable....

Honestly, Glee is one of the shows that I watch for "the pretty"... I have such a crush on Mark Salling (Puck, the boy with the mohawk) and I'm SO glad he's actually older than me :lmao: The storylines can be stupid sometimes, but the music is fairly good.

I didn't notice a guy with a mohawk, but this was the first episode I watched. The wife of the Glee club guy is just laughable and his love interest is pathetic. None of the kids look like they should be in HS! But Fran thinks that because the show is so popular and that we are sort of in the "entertainment business" we should know about it.

Now we're watching Bones, much more my style...Murder, comedy, drama....much better

Puck was the guy who threw Kurt in the dumpster in the beginning of the episode. He's a jerk, but at least he's an honest jerk. But yeah, I agree about how they look too old to be in high school.

I like Bones, too, but we've had that discussion :teeth: I'm watching Independence Day for the millionth time.

I didn't see that part. It was one where the wife took a job as the school nurse and evidently a cheerleader is going to sell her baby to the wife, and the gym teacher now is an advisor for the Glee club. I'll work in these Glee episodes with several of our crime show episodes mixed in between. I hope that I can figure out how Angela and Dr. Hodgins get back together through repeats. We don't watch shows online we prefer the 50 something inch screen.

Oh, that one. Yeah, that episode was kind of stupid. Like I said, I watch Glee mainly for the music and the pretty :lmao:

I'm really trying not to spoil you :rotfl: I love Angela and Hodgins together. I think they're one of my favorite fictional couples.

I'm used to small screens. My TV is only about 12", so my laptop screen is about the same size when I'm watching full-screen :confused3 I do want to get a new TV after my trip, though, because the one I have now is starting to break down.

Yeah, I truly cried when then broke up and that whole lesbian thing that she went through was comical....

But I am a romantic and don't discriminate. I loved their wedding episode and how they were going to try and get past the red tape, but when they broke up, I knew somewhere in there they were getting back together. We missed the critical episodes from April to May and all of a sudden they are back in love! Our TIVO is set to record all now, so I hope we get the ones that explain. We have the season finale hold until the new season starts.

Fran is a "size queen" you wouldn't believe her and her obsession with large TVs, like everything else, we have "lots of them".

Me too. I also mainlined that show, so I got very interested in the characters very quickly. I don't have a TIVO or anything, though, so I just did it all on Netflix and online viewing :lmao:

My dad collects bikes. You should see our basement and garage. It drives my mom and me absolutely nuts.

We started watching a year or two ago, caught most episodes on USA (I think) and then started watching the broadcast ones. We had a problem with our TIVO last May because everything was recording in HD and it got full so it started deleting things and we lost a bunch of episodes from our favorite shows, so we hope they rerun them before the new season starts in the Fall so we can catch up!

:cloud9: Good night for now!

Well there goes my plan to ask for Lamingtons from Australia guess I'll have to settle for EPCOT version...I just think it would probably be better directly from a shop. Have a wonderful time with your cousin!

I'll try and remember to bring some. It might have to be from the supermarket; which may not be as nice as fresh ones. But they probably won't squash (too much).

Hi Everyone! Good Morning!

You each need to get your own FB, it would be weird for you to share one. How would you pick what schools you have attended? And people you knew before you met him and vice versa would be confused on who they were actually friending...what would you put in the male/female category? :rotfl: You can each get an account and talk to each other through FB, I have a couple friends (husband/wife) who make dinner plans, decide on where they are going on a date through FB.

I've been on FB for about a year and a half, and have reconnected with all sorts of people from my childhood and early adulthood. Many of which I'd completely forgotten about. I'm even friends with at least three of my exboyfriends! One of them even got to fiance status! :lmao: We could be friends! I would put you in my "Disney friends" category!

Thanks for the tips.....now, if only I can remember them for when we actually decide to open FB accounts.....in about 2 YEARS!!! :rotfl2:

Evening everyone!
