holy moly... when we were driving home last week (Sun) we were 12 miles outside Atlanta and this thunderstorm hit us like nothing else before!!

It was RIGHT over us! HUGE cracks of thunder, felt like the car was going to explode!

It was RIGHT over us! HUGE cracks of thunder, felt like the car was going to explode!

....... scary!! Sounds just like the time I was driving home from my brother's house - we had to park beneath an overpass till the storm subsided.....

Thanks Everyone! It's been a real challenge this past week-but she's in the hospital now getting the right kind of pain meds until the surgery tomm-so life is getting back to normal

and today's Kyle's 15th Birthday and Catie and I got him his present yesterday and while we were at Circuit City- we found Rock Band on sale for 60.00 off!!!

So I splurged and got it too!!!! I think He's going to be really surprised since at a $160.00 it was not going to happen!!!

Plus we got him a drawing tablet for the computer since he's really into drawing animation and pretty good at it-and he's been whinning about not having one for months already!!!

so it's going to be a better day today!!!!
