Why? Is is worse than San Francisco, NY or LA?

I had a friend who worked a very quirky night job(icing the bobsled track at Lake Placid New York) and needed a cab at 4am to get home. He wasn't paid a lot for the work even though it was cold and wet. But spent a good part of a days income on that taxi. He didn't want to wait an hour plus for the buses to start running.

What they said. If I were to take a cab from downtown (where the hotel is) to Norridge (where the Disney Store is), it would be well over $65. Not worth the money to me. There's a Disney Store on Michigan Ave as well, but I don't know if they'd hire me at that one if they interview me at Norridge. Besides, if I get the job at the hotel, it'll be full-time, likely a stable shift, and probably at least $9-10 an hour. The store would most likely be part time, random hours, and minimum wage.

Yeah, I'm glad it was finally closed down. It went on way too long.

I honestly don't know. I hadn't checked on it for a while and then when I did, it was locked.
