Mostly old horror movies and such. I've also seen all the Marx Brothers movies. There are a lot of other ones, but I don't remember right now.

Neither did I, but my dad is OBSESSED with them, so we've seen all of their movies. I think they're annoying.

It took me a few minutes to figure it out. I kept thinking its really quiet in this room.

That was how I felt when I won too...You posted last at 8:15 so we figure that was the time it was shut down. Otherwise someone else would have probably outlasted you.

Not me I was in rehearsal then.

I have to finish the program for the concert this weekend and then I'm fixing myself up a piece of skirt steak. We also bought some giant chocolate covered strawberries for dessert! Yummy!

How was rehearsal?

For the people who were there it was good, but it sucked in that the Bass player didn't show up. I'm getting really tired of her, she doesn't like to go to Hollywood and doesn't like to tell us she's not coming. In the future we're going to call people the day before, it's a pain, but also a couple who play sax and trumpet didn't show up either.

It's like we get about 10-12 out of 17 for the Thursday night Hollywood rehearsals, but never the same 10-12. The Sunday rehearsals we get a better turn out, not sure if it's cause it's Sunday or that we serve dinner after rehearsal!

Saturday we have a rehearsal from 10-2 with lunch at 12:00-12:25. The swing band will run our set from 12:25 to about 12:35-40 and then we have another few minutes where the swing band and concert band play two numbers together. Not sure how we'll round out the time until 2PM, but I"m sure that we will use every moment of time.

After that we have to clean up. I always make coffee in one of those huge pots at 9:00AM so that has to be cleaned up. Plus I always help the guy who make the food clean up. I used to be the one who made the food, so I'm thrilled not to have to do it anymore!

The funny thing is, I joined LTP last year after the rehearsal for our Summer concert. It was on the last Saturday in June last year, our concert was on the 3rd of June. This year we are doing our concert on the 4th and it will be backed by the city with advertisement and all sorts of other stuff. After our concert, there will be the annual fireworks off the Queen Mary. Hopefully this will be a big deal!
