So how was the house? My it is very quiet tonight.

Well my program looks kinda sucky, but it's done. I am totally wiped, there was a ton to do today that I didn't relate, but as you may or may not have noticed, I wasn't around much.

I won't be around much because I'll be hanging out with those cats, playin' "Everybody wants to be a cat" plus other tunes, like "Groovin Hard", "Sing, Sing, Sing", "Begin the Beguine", "Just in Time" and "Witchcraft" not to mention "An American in Paris", "Westside Story" and a bunch of others.

Long rehearsal tomorrow, but perhaps if it gets boring I will check in on my phone. Must go to bedsince we need to be on our way by no later than 8AM tomorrow. It's almost 11 so I need to hit the sack! One of the few times I acutally have a time schedule!

Yes I was out most of the day doing chores, I need DH to help me finish tomorrow. How was your day? How was that house? Did you the home alone house is for sale?

We've been in and out a lot today.

That house down the road? I went to look at it. You might say it is a dumping ground for building junk. There was so much junk everywhere that you could hardly walk in the back garden. And the back part of the house was pretty much a demolition derby as well.

If it were me buying it, the house would almost be a knock-down job and start from scratch.

And yes, I did see that the Home Alone house was for sale. Bit out of my price range, though.

Seve Ballesteros is one of the golfing greats from the 80's/90's. He has won 3 British Opens and a couple of Masters titles. Spanish in birth and incredibly popular in his day.

I looked at it. I wasnt impressed with it. Is land where you live worth alot? Who is Steve?

The price paid today would have been for land value only. There was about 620 square meters in total.....how much do you think it sold for? And bear in mind that the market has slowly cooled in the last 12 months?
