I wonder if you can walk out of it a better chef from getting inspired looking at it? Or at least decide to use more butter on everything.

Have you been to DC before?

I think it was 23 years ago that I was last there. I went twice that year, once during the Cherry Blossom Festival and then back again over 4th of July week. A friend of mine was there on an internship in college and I went to visit her.

It was a really long time ago, and there was something to do with a bottle of Southern Comfort on the Captol Lawn on the 4th of July. : Parts of it are a little hazy.

We actually watched it on our last WDW vacation, while staying at Kidani with my parents. I got the DVD for Christmas and we brought it along. Towards the end of the trip we were all tired and one of the nights that we had planned dinner in the room we hung out and watched the movie. While I cooked!

Make a roast veggie one I'll eat it.
I love lots of veggies....NOT Spinach
And I hate Ricotta except when used to make Baked Cheesecake.
