When I started reading your post I thought you were going to have your own tennis courts and a swimming pool! Then I read in the neighborhood! That'll be great for the kids in the summer!

I wouldn't like the idea of power lines. They end up interfering with everything.

Yep-it's a neighborhood pool and tennis court-it's located at the front of the subdivision-and this house is located in the back-so it's a bit of a hike for the kids-most likely I'll end up dropping them off and picking them back up-but it is nice for summer!!!!

and not only the power lines that are concerning-but the termites!!!

Today's my first day back to driving A.J. and Andrew to school. I have to get some bloodwork done so i'll just drop them off and head to the doctor's office. Then my friend and I are going to lunch. (I'm starting to enjoy this not having to go to work! - Only difference is my friend can afford not to work and can afford to go to lunch once a week - I can't ! )

I was starting to think you were really, really rich - your own swimming pool ~AND~ tennis courts!

Even if you have to drop them off and pick them up it will give them something nice to do during the summer!

Yeah, I'd steer clear of anything that had termites, even if they had been treated!

Don't know where we're going for lunch yet...but we are heading over to TN so there are a lot of options...maybe Sonic, maybe Olive Garden, maybe the Bread Company for soup and sandwiches, who knows. I'll let you know when I get back.

I wish we we're rich-there are plenty of huge homes here but way over priced-and out of our comfort zone-we're going with the more moderate price range for this area!!!

Have a good morning!!! The good news is that DH is going Full time soon

So it's all coming together now-the house and now we'll both be FT!!!

The weird thing is that DH will have to work a spilt shift-4hrs on-4hrs off and then 4 hours back on-Leave it to the Federal Gov't. to come up with something so strange

But DH doesn't care-he just wants FT and if this is the only way to get it -then he'll do it!!!

much better-so this is the house we are trying to get-it's on a 3/4-1acre and there are tennis courts and a swimming pool in the neighborhood-plus DD has 2 friends that live in that neighborhood!!!

DH wanted to buy a different house-which I liked too, but it's right next to high power lines and is currently being treated for termites-so we decided on the bigger lot and nicer neighborhood-I hope we get it
