:rotfl: no!! it was about each other. it was really funny, b/c I got there and said my hellos, and we sat down and they started talking about the family that wasn't there. So we talked for about an hour, and the rest of them get there and they asked me if I wanted to go downstairs to the vending machine room with them and they all start telling me their side of it and all the gossip avbout everyone else:rotfl: so I eventually got both sides of the story:lmao:
:rotfl: :rotfl:

maybe it scratched your throat and it is irritated. Sometimes I get something in my eye and get it out...but it is still all irritated for a while. :confused3

::yes:: ITA

you know, my sister went from engaged to married in under 4 weeks (old fashion, rushing reasons ;) ) and she had a simple, elegant church wedding with a lunch reception...just the more immediate family members...all within the budget she had. It really can be done if that is what someone wants....they chose to go this way.

She definitely could have planned a wedding in the two months that she had, very economically. But it comes down to the fact that she didn't want to have to do it all herself, she wanted someone to do it. And now she wants to be able to have someone to "blame" for not being able to have a wedding - rather than blaming herself and BF.

All of her friends told her to elope, or go to the magistrate and not bother with a real wedding. Sad to say but both her maid of honor and bridesmaid told her that she should just run away and get married 'cause the wedding being on rather short notice (5 months) was "inconvenient" for them. Great friends, huh!?

I had such big plans of cleaning and paying bills this morning before the field trip...I didn't get much of anything done :rolleyes1 and now I have to go get ready...but at least we did most of the garage sale preparation last night, so I can do my chores this afternoon :thumbsup2

:wave2: talk to everyone later

I could understand the rush a little more if it were for that reason! :teeth: ;)

:sad2: well, that explains why she is taking it out on you...everyone else just tells she what she wants to hear and not what is actually best for her and responsible.

it's always easier to blame someone else :sad2:

WOW!!! I can't believe they would tell her that!! my friends and family would be soooo mad at me if i had even thought about something like that

YUCK! Sorry you're feeling under the weather!

when I read what you said about missing your mom :guilty:

Oh, gotcha! It's been 16 years since she passed away but there are still those times that I just wish I could talk to her, if even for just a few minutes. But you know, it's times like these that I usually end up dreaming about her, as if she's talking to me. Do you think I'm strange?

(Okay stranger than you already thought I was!;) )

I had those same big plans for cleaning and paying bills. Then DD called. I'm about halfway through the bills and have forgotten all about the cleaning idea.

I'm glad you got most of the garage sale stuff done last night. Is the sale this weekend??

I have to get moving soon too. I'm taking the boys to the movies to see "Are We Done Yet." We never go to the movies so it should be a nice treat.

Hope you have a great time on the field trip Lyn.
