Kathy~ When's Florida??

As of yesterday morning it was supposed to be March 8th - March 11th. DD and I are supposed to go to St. Petersburg, which is where we used to live.

Yesterday we had A.J.'s IEP meeting at school. He has reached one of his goals and we are sooooo excited. It's something that he has worked for, with his behavior, for two years!!! Next fall he will be a part of the varsity football team! His title will be equipment manager!!! He is just so excited and can't wait to get his jersey!!

Yesterday after our meeting at school I went to the ski slopes for Matthew's field trip. After he had been out on the slopes for a while I left to run to work to put in for all of my time off for Nana's surgery. I got it all worked out with my supervisor and then went back to the slopes. While I was sitting and watching Matthew ski I called Nana. She said that she figured I was at work so she had been waiting until after 5 to call me. The doctor had called and they have bumped her surgery up to this Friday!

So, I called my supervisor back and changed everything and now I am leaving tomorrow morning to go to PA. I plan to come back late Sunday, work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and then probably head back next Thursday (which is when DD and I were supposed to be heading to FL).

Well, gotta head to work. Got a busy day ahead! After work DH and I are going to the hospital for a visit. One of the guys in his unit has a new baby boy!!! He was born last night around 9!!! Then I have to get some groceries so that DH and the boys have some food while I'm gone!

Thanks! Hopefully we'll hear something soon, but I'm scared she won't call me to tell me the results! I've heard from alot of people though that it's pretty common and it's better that it was caught as a palup )sp?) rather than later bc it would have been a tumor!!

Tracy~ I can't believe that they said heart attack when it was acid reflux! I'm so happy she's home and is doing better.
