Good Morning everyone

Update on my dad:

Surgery went well, and the "wound" is healing nicely. He however is very slow to recovery his memory and his other functions.

He came home yesterday after 9 days in the hospital, and is now going to therapy everyday (M-F) for 6 hours. He is still not really walking, but he refuses to use the walker (I'd say typical male, but my dad is the one who usually tells us to do what the doctor says and he himself is a strong believer of the the doctor knows best) His memory is also not great-- although he remembered I was going to WDW and on the cruise three days after surgery (after he got out of ICU) he asked why I wasn't at WDW.... now thats a good memory!!!

Well, gonna try to read back a little and catch up with everyone here.

Hope everyone is doing well, and that everyone is healthy.

Can't wait to read about Kim's trip to WDW.

I'll be around more now that he's at home. Still have to go there alot to help out, but atleast I know my mom will eat and take care of herself at home. When she's at the hospital she'll sit all day without eathing and such....


but now I'll be around more... until I leave for FL....

Sitting here at Disney Quest-leaving tomm-the weather has been wonderful aand we are heading to Luminations really soon
