Seems that Kelly hasn't forgotten how to play the game.

So nice to see you around here Kelly...more than a post and run! Please don't be a stranger around here!

Oh, and in case I forgot to mention...

I'm Last!

glad to be back!! Not much time tonight! Darren has a concert in a few minutes. but for now I am last!

Morning :cutie:

Hope they have a safe trip:wizard:

DH called and said they arrived safely. The kids all rode the bus and several parents that are chaperoning (including DH) drove their personal vehicles.

This afternoon they were going horseback riding. I hope they're having fun. This is the first time Matthew's gotten to ride a horse.

Good morning everyone.

Wow, what a busy weekend for me. Communion went GREAT. She looked so beautiful and she did such a great job with her Reading.

Than our Presentation Mass was Sunday and the Parish Picnic and sometime in between all that I had to run errands and clean house.

Whew!!! You must be exhausted!!

I'm glad that Communion went great.

that's so great! What did you decide to do for the dinner?

warning: parental oowing and awwing coming.....

I just have to tell you all that my little guys look sooo cute in their baseball uniforms  I missed their first game yesterday b/c I was at work, but I dh told me that they were so cute playing!

Did he take pics? I'd love to see them.

One of my favorite pics of our boys is when all of them played on the same team. A.J. was allowed to play with the younger kids because of his Down Syndrome. (Parks & Rec has since changed that rule. :sad2: ) Anyway, A.J. is in the middle with his arm around both of his brothers and sort of leaning over since he was taller than both of them.

We ended up going to a local place. The food was very good and they really took care of us.

I'm glad that place worked out for you Kelli! Especially after what you had gone through with the restaurant!

Did you get pictures?? I would love to see your cute boys in their uniforms.

::yes::

We want pictures!

Well, since I've read back and no one is here to talk to I guess I should go do some things around the house. It just seems so weird to be home from work while the sun is still bright! :rotfl:

It was chorus. They sounded great but you would not believe the rude parents coming in late right during the songs!! It made me so mad!!

would it be to hard to wait for a break??

We've gone through years of school band and now DS is in chorus. It always amazes me how rude some parents can be - not just coming in late but also taking their kids home as soon as their part is over. I understand that sometimes there is a reason they need to leave but have it planned and wait for a break so that you're not motioning your kid(s) to come on right after their performance and not standing up in the middle of the audience and walking out while the next group is playing/singing....and don't meet up with your kid(s) and start talking on the way out. :sad2: We have the same parents that do this at every single concert. Have some respect for ALL of the kids!!!

Hi Kim!

Haven't gotten to talk to you for a couple of days. How's life??

Busy-and the Owner of the house is trying to work out a deal with us about the property for repairs so we'll see how that goes

Either way-the paperwork is still in progress and we're just sitting twiddling our thumbs til we wait for final approval

But DS is leaving for the Navy in 6 days:scared:
