still doing laundry.


Holiday decorations are all down and most of them are put away. only some mud to clean off the out door decorations.

I also managed to clean half the basement this weekend.

(read-- moved half the stuff to the other side of the basement )

maybe before spring break, I'll get to the other side

raining in Chicago -It's a nice sunny day here in GA-I don't miss the grey days of winter from Wisconsin-I noticed that when we were up visiting-it was so over cast all the time

Just stopping by for a quick turn at LAST!

Just got home from work and have to have A.J. back to town by 6 for a football banquet.

Just got home from the banquet. It lasted 3 hours!


A.J GOT A LETTER FOR FOOTBALL!!!

He was recognized as one of the team, called up to receive his letter, and they had a great picture of him in the slideshow. It was so wonderful to see him included the way that he was. And the coach didn't refer to him as the water boy....he called him the "Team's Hydration Consultant!"

Afterwards, A.J. asked me to take his picture with two of his friends from the team. The one is the number one quarterback for the region if not the state. They listed all of his awards for the past 4 years and it was unreal! And he was so happy to have his pic taken with A.J. Here he could be some arogant snob because of all of his awards but he's such a great guy and so down to earth. I thanked him for being so great with A.J. all season and he said, "I didn't do anything - he's just one of the team like the rest of us!" - The other guy is another great player and when A.J. asked him to have his pic taken he was more than happy to but he wanted to get his mom over there to get a picture for him as well. Isn't that great??? As it turns out his mom's camera jammed so he asked me if I'd make sure to get him a copy. I've watched this guy interact with A.J. all season and he always went out of his way to talk to A.J. and include him!

This was such a positive experience for A.J. All of the guys were so good to him and so accepting of him!

Just had to share with you guys!!
