day 2 November 5, 2007 The day I've been dreading for years! The day I turned 29

So it's Midnight and I get a birthday serenade from my group of crazies as much as I dreaded turning 29 this was the best birthday I've ever had in my entire life! It was soooo much fun and I'll NEVER forget it!

so we had a little bit of a tippsy walk back to our rooms and 1 stop on the way to cram 6 people into a photo booth you can't seen anyones faces in those pictures I'll have to scan them to add later but they're soooo funny!

the boardwalk is even more beautiful at night! or should I say early morning

So I finally get to bed and get a few hours of sleep then it's up again at 7am! Hit the Boardwalk Bakery for a quicky breakfast. I looove muffins, so I got a blueberry muffin and a latte. Very good, great muffin, but super strong coffee

then it was off to

we headed right over to the tree of life

and saw it's tough to be a bug

we had next to no wait time for any of the rides and I LOVED it! we ran right over to EE after it's tought to be a bug and got a fast pass b/c we thought it would be a long wait, but there was a 5 min wait! WHAT how can that be right, but it was!! so we jumped in the stand by line and kept our fast passes

there was so much to see in the line, I love how detailed everything is at WDW!

we rode EE and Loved it so much we hit the ladies room then jumped back on with our fast passes! it was even better the 2nd time around

after that we rode Dinosaur

then decided to have lunch, again we're on the dining plan so we used it for a quick service lunch. We went to Flame Tree BBQ and it was sooo good!
we got half a slab of ribs, baked beans, corn bread, dessert and a drink. We also used one of our snack points for an order of fries to share b/c we both love fries

by then all the fastpasses for the safari were taken so we had to use the standby line which took FOREVER! we had a 45 min wait, but we really wanted to go on. We saw sooo many animals, and the zebras were so close I could have touched them if I had wanted to! which I would have loved to do

So what is your favorite part? We walked thru Pleasure Island, but nothing was open yet. We hope to visit that next year.

I love all the shopping! and I love how easy it is to get around everywhere.

Tracy - I was at Animal Kingdom on Monday and ate at the Flame Tree.

Why didn't we connect.

Ok so before I left for my trip my mom gave me my birthday gift I got a mickey minnie watch and a princess hat

My mom made me promise I would wear the hat on my birthday, so I wore it that whole day it was huge and kept falling over all day long, but it was funny and I promised I would wear it so i did. I'm holding it in the picture of me at it's tough to be a bug. I did take it off there b/c I didn't want it to be in anyones way

after the safari and lunch we went and watched the jammin jungle parade

This guy walked up to us and goes, hey guess what! when we said what he goes, I'm a moose!

then he saw my huge hat and scream "GUESS WHAT EVERYBODY!" and everyone yelled what and he goes "IT'S TRACY'S BIRTHDAY!!" I was so embaressed but it was too funny! I got so much attention on my birthday Itold my aunt I bet the kids across the way hated me b/c all the charcters kept coming up to me and not them

Then Pluto ran up to me and started pointing to my button and I said "Yeah it's my birthday" so he hugs me then gets on the floor and starts bowing down to me like on wayne's world it was so funny

Aww Kell! That's horrible!! I hate that we didn't get a chance to get together!! I don't know what the hell is wrong with my phone, I know it has to be my phone b/c it's still not working right

after that we were hot and a little tired so we went back to the resort and got ready for dinner at the kona cafe. It was soooo good! I got sticky wings for my appitzer, terriaki beef with mashed potatos and broc for dinner

but I was kinda in a rush b/c I had to meet everyone for our fireworks crusie after dinner at the contemporary resort. I figured I would get there early b/c I just had to jump on the monorail, but I forgot it runs from the Poly to the Grand Floridian then to Magic kingdom THEN to the contemporary, so I was almost late to the cruise! lucky for me I got there just in time and it was so much fun! totally worth the money!

My pictures of the fireworks didn't come out well, so I won't post them

after the cruise was over we all went to Jellyrolls on the boardwalk, but I was sooooooo dead tired I had one drink and was falling asleep in my chair so I had to leave everyone early. I really wish I had stayed b/c I've never been ther before and I had just paid to get in but I was completly useless as tired as I was. anyway we're were doing Epcot the next day and I wanted to be ready, so I headed badk to my room to sleep

When we were there, it was our son's birthday, and he got a good bit of attention from his birthday button! We made him wear it! He was 15, so wasn't always grateful for the attention, but he got over it.

Day 3 November 6th, 2007

Epcot!

I love Epcot even though most people seem to be kinda down on it

I woke up early that day, and sat on the balcony for a little while while my aunt was still getting ready , we had a beautiful view

when we were ready, we headed back to the bakery what can I say i have a sweet tooth

but I decided to have a bacon egg and cheese panini and chocolate milk instead and my aunt got a tomato egg and cheese panini, they were both really really good!

after breakfast we jumped on the ferry and headed over to Epcot! just a quick boat ride and we were there, plus it was so much less crowded then riding the bus or monorail

we walked in and saw A CHRISTMAS TREE!!! have I mentioned I love Christmas

this couple was so cute! the older man was driving and his wife caught a ride on the back

the 1st thing we did was walk over and ride Soarin' I loved it!! I wanted to ride it in 05, but we just ran out of time so I made sure I got to do it this time!

after soarin we went over to living with the land or whatever it's called and saw the 9lb lemons

and everything else

after that we watched Honey I shrunk the audience which was cute too

then headed over to test track

after that it was time for our lunch at the biergarten which was really really good!

the put on a great show too!

then my we had to get Dopeys autograph this is my aunt sylvia

Excellent update! Beautiful view from your room. We love EPCOT as well. We are planning multiple days next trip, so we can relax and explore more.

then we started to make our way around the world!!

We started in Mexico, I love it there!

then China

where we saw Mulan!

then back to Germany for some shopping!

I really wanted a coocoo clock, but I didn'twant to pay $1800!!!

after Germany we went to Italy

I think we spent the most time in Italy but there was sooo much to see and buy I found a beautiful purse I wanted to buy but couldn't justify spending $150 on one purse while on vacation anyother day I probably would have gotten it, but I knew I was limited on funds so I walked away
