We are having such a strange winter. One day we have 80 deg weather and within 3 days we drop down in the 50.

It would have to go UP 50 deg for us to see 50 here in NE Ohio. I'll take the oppressive heat of Florida any day.

we are too! last week was wild winds and yesterday was a record low (probable for the day of the year) at 54 in town! It has been so very cold were I live...probable in the 40s but, DH was saying he thought it was supposed to get back to normal and then we have another cold front coming....very weird!

It has been so very cold were I live...probable in the 40s but, DH was saying he thought it was supposed to get back to normal and then we have another cold front coming....very weird!

Very strange. Hopefully it will figure out if it wants to be winter or spring and stick to it at least for a week or so at a time.

I just made DD 8 year old check up appt for Wednesday. I asked the Nurse if she would be getting any shots this time and she said it is possible.

DD is not going to be a happy camper. It is big difference when the are small.

The Nurse was telling me that it is the Chicken Pox Vaccine booster. Because I guess the first one depending one when they received it has a possibly of not working.

And I have never had the chicken pox so it might be a shot she has to get. And I feel terrible about it.

I am really hoping she won't have to get it.

They were going to give me an appt for next Wednesday and than after she said all that I asked if there was anything available for this week. Not sure I could wait that long worrying about it.

it would probable be easier on you if it were you having the shot....I hate when the kids gets shots & blood work...but, it is what is best for them (not that that makes it easier though )

You are probably right. It would be easier on me. I just hope she doesn't ask me about it before the appt. Because than she will end up upset about it also.

And it just might come down that she won't need it. Keeping my fingers crossed.
