Good Morning

Good Morning.

It's Tacky-Wacky day at DD school and she's looking thru my closet to find something to wear-I feel a little insulted:rotfl:

 Now that is not nice. :rotfl2:

our school was pj day so they both went off in flannel pjs

They do that at DD school also. :scratchin - I wonder when it is.

And now that you mentioned this stuff. DD was supposed to wear her School shirt or a Football shirt to school today. Darn it. We both forgot because today is her School B-day. And she wanted to wear something nice.

Oh well I am sure I will hear about it when I get to school today.

I'm sure you will:rolleyes: -But maybe not since she wanted to dress nice for her B-Day day at school!!! It's her 1/2 year B-Day right????

We had High school orientation last night

wow alot has changed since I was in high school

they have only 4 classes a day

all 80 minutes long

and they classes skip days

so she will have 80 minutes of math every other day

it is some block schedule thing

seems weird to me

DS's HS had 7 classes a day-to begin with-and then they went to a schedule similiar to this-it works out nice keeps the kids attention better since the schedule isn't the same day in and day out!!!!:thumbsup2

actually it is. Next week it's supposed to drop to -24 with the wind chill!

I was thinking that when I saw the extended forecast-and with your new furnace-it will be nice on your break on your heating bill:thumbsup2

Hope your house doesn't get too cold today!!!!

my 11 yo is really starting to drive me NUTS!!

how will I ever make it through the teen years :sad2:

I will be reminding her that she wanted to wear something nice and we both totally forgot about it. Her B-day is this Sunday so the school will celebrate it today. That is why it is her School B-day. :teacher:

I know! And our heater is 19 years old, and the guys working on it seemed a little stumped by it.

"ok, there are two black wires?"
"where do they go to?"
"ummm"
"ok, just take one of them and wrap it around and cut it"

:scared1: :scared1:

I'm sure they know what they're doing, but it sounds awfully scary!

the time on the DIS is off again. I wonder how that happens?

well I gotta go and finish making lunches before I take the kids to school. :wave2: talk later
