oh, I have no life here(other than how many days of vacation I have left) it is more the kids schedule...
Just tell their teachers it's the only chance you've had in years to get together with your long lost sisters (me and Kelli) How could they be mad about that
well, so far I have seen Kelly in 2005 and 2006...it is annual tradition.....
I don't know...it is really far too...we lose a day coming and going....but I think our first trip there was our best family trip ever....and I have always wanted to stay at BC............what to do, what to do....but we can't go during the off season because of school and we can't go during the summer because of the heat....ack, I think that leaves only spring break

but those are the best to make! you could always do like I said and stay home but in a hotel and do things around the island. That way you're still kinda getting away, but you'd be saving more than you would spend if you went away
except the hotel we love (mostly because it has an awesome pool area for the kids to play in all day)...they raised the rates to over $600/night! (we have never, ever paid near that in the past...but now they are bought out by Hilton)....so, adding in the fees and tax it is around $700/night...which is why we sometimes feel it is cheaper to go somewhere else. And, we already do a lot of the other stuff during the year around here with the kids like the whale watches and aquarim....but that is a great idea...I am still looking into that and seeing if they offer any specials.decisions decisions
That's CRAZY!!!!! I can't believe that! it would be nice for you all to get away though. WDW in Nov. is sounding better and better
OMG, it is crazy. I had a friend and her DH stay with us in my house (except for one night, but I had a great deal on that hotel stay) and eating half our meals at home and I had my van....for less than a week...and after playing tourist for about 5 days here I spent about $2000....the boat trips, dining, hula shows, etc. it is very expensive to vacation here (or at least I think so).
