...me too! Actually, I have been cooking a boneless pork roast in my crockpot....I cut the roast into chunks, I added a little bit of water, seasoned it with some garlic salt, 2 bay leaves, a bit of pepper, 2 oz of Cattlemen's BBQ sauce (Hickory), 2 tablespoons of ketchup, a tablespoon of Lea & Perrins Steak sauce, and a piece of crushed garlic.....my whole house smells WONDERFUL!!!

(every hour or so, I separate the meat until it becomes all shredded!) Serve it on sesame-seeded buns with potato chips....
