My stress level is about Maxed out and nowDH hits me with

I really don't want the kids spending so much time up there

watching your Grandfather die


I know it isn't the best situation

but it isn't like they just sit there in the room

they have things to do

and I have to work

and mom needs the breaks

I know he is just looking out for the girls but

I didn't need the added stress

Wow. I wish I could help you out by watching your girls for you.

Just take a deep breath and hopefully a solution will present itself.

Do the girls have a friend they could spend the day with?

Okay thanks for the vent space
and the understanding and prayers i know that you
will all send my way when morning comes

I am gonna crash for awhile

I will try to pop on when some of you might actually be here

( hey Kathy but you caught up to me by now )

That is what this place is for.

Even if nobody is here at the moment - you get your thoughts and feelings out and than somebody will come along and read it.

And it takes so of the stress off of you at the moment.

I am working on that

but my Mom also has my 2 year old neice to watch so the girls are big help with her

I really think Mom is going t have to accept the fact that DGF needs to go into a home or something if this is going to be dragged out

I know that sounds harsh but 24 hour around the clock wide awake care is just to hard to do at home

small update on my nephew

he has a broken leg

he is in stable condition

and his 14 year old brother was operating the mower

i havne't talked to his mom yet

hope to hear from her soon

Wow. I am sure the 14 year feels terrible.

Glad to hear he is stable.

Well it looks like I missed you this time

I am going to hit the shower and than head to my Grandfathers

so Mom can run some errands

and i get to meet the Visiting Nurse

they only come for about 15 minutes to change the dressings

Kayla have you thought about having Hospice come in? Somebody that can help sit with him while you guys get a break.

Doesn't sound harsh to me. You have to do what you have to do.

It is not going to do your Mom any good to wear herself down sitting with him when there really isn't anything she can do.

this morning is our "Back to school" day at school. It is when we get to see who the kids teachers are and pay all our fees.

And I'm sure I'll have mounds and mounds of paperwork to fill out....especially with 4 kids!

how is your morning going?

Pretty good. I am sitting here working on the list of stuff I need to buy today and figuring out what I left to do before tomorrow.

I am having a spaghetti dinner tomorrow for a fundraiser for my walk.

So far I sold 28 tickets for dinner.

So that should be fun.
