Its been raining pretty bad since yesterday. Downed a ton of powerlines and trees, we had no power yesterday for almost 6 hours, but its back now. My mom who is south of here lost her's overnight for about 4 hours, and its still coming down in buckets. Be careful and heed any warnings they post.

well they're claiming that we owe them!!

There's a balance on the account... well my dd has ortho work done, we PAID IN FULL, but the insurance pays monthly.....so you will have a balance until they insur. pays it off. NOT MY FAULT!!!

needless to say, I faxed a letter off to them and she WILL be mailing those x-rays by tomorrow!!!

today I'm not only taking on the dentist, but the school to find out if they'll offer vision therapy for dd.

oh man! I hope you all were able to stay cool!

we lost our power during the day so we drove to the mall and hung out in the AC.

My parents weren't so lucky, but by that time, the rain had cooled things down a little (from 97 to 92 ) and it was the middle of the night. but they did ok, and they were going to come over but didn't want to wake me??? Whats that about, they have a key, come on over!!!

I had to go into the new school this morning to get my "office" in order for the start of school. But the rain was so bad I had to call in and say I'll go in later. I couldn't see the hood of my car and the roads looked like rivers!! So I'll be here for a bit then I'll head in. (I guess If I am going in for "free" I shouldn't call it work )

WOW we never have any tax free days here, even with the educators card, its hard to get things without tax.

We get a whole week of tax free days.

When ever we visit my friend in MN we always go clothes shopping because they have no tax on clothes (Mall of America is calling my name!!! )
