I got the same thing from our previous dentist. They wouldn't release our records.

Its been raining pretty bad since yesterday. Downed a ton of powerlines and trees, we had no power yesterday for almost 6 hours, but its back now. My mom who is south of here lost her's overnight for about 4 hours, and its still coming down in buckets. Be careful and heed any warnings they post.

I got the same thing from our previous dentist. They wouldn't release our records.

If you are all paid up here they can not keep any of your records from you, they can charge you a "copy" fee and give you copies of everything (including X-rays) but they can't keep them from you if you are not in debt to them. ( but that's here in cook county IL)

well they're claiming that we owe them!!

There's a balance on the account... well my dd has ortho work done, we PAID IN FULL, but the insurance pays monthly.....so you will have a balance until they insur. pays it off. NOT MY FAULT!!!

needless to say, I faxed a letter off to them and she WILL be mailing those x-rays by tomorrow!!!
