Well let me tell you

Garage sales are not as much fun when you bring DH who has been at work since 3 AM ( he went in Late)

Miserable Grumpy


BUT

the kids had fun

the school had a 2.00 anything you can stuff in a bag sale

the kids were having a blast

I just got this in an e-mail and think it's so great. Hope some of you will want to do this.

It would be a great school project too! I'm going to pass it on to my boys teachers.

My DH would be miserable and grumpy even if he hadn't been working. Garage sales are not for him!

I was supposed to get off work at 4:00 but the owners decided to run to town...at 3:45...and they asked me to stay until they get back. I don't mind except that the boys are home alone today and I just don't like to leave them alone that long.

Dinner tonight is spaghetti and meatballs...

...and a small tossed salad...

I usually make a nice big salad with lots of goodies in it but there's no room in the fridge for leftovers so we'll have to settle for a small salad.

Did I tell you all that my refrigerator/freezer went out again. Yup! Last Tuesday! So we've got everything in the fridge and the deep freeze in the basement. But that fridge just isn't as big as the one upstairs. The service man is coming out Monday. Right now we're keeping the milk and DH's coffeemate in the freezer part of the one upstairs!

If I were making dessert tonight I'd probably make a cheesecake...
