Was to the doctor again yesterday. My blood pressure is still a problem and he put me on even more medications! I am on five now! But my blood pressure was good at the time I was in his office and because it's going up and down and not just staying up all the time he doesn't think it's the blood pressure causing the headaches.

my dh used to have really high bp. They put him on all kinds of med. He has started meditating and his bp is soooo good!! w/o the meds!!! I cannot believe it!

Maybe you should try meditating. He got a "meditation for dummies" book from the library.

I did pretty good before with walking. To me that's almost like meditating because although it's exercise it's so relaxing for me. But that hasn't helped with this last bout with my bp.

Maybe I'll look into the meditation.
