I am SOOOO EXCITED!! WOOHOO!! ...I just got my grade back, from my professor.....that 43-page research paper that I wrote, she gave me a 96/A!! Included, were comments like: "This paper is a model of excellence!!", "very insightful", and other great comments! Guess all that work really DID pay off.....

great job!!!!!!!!!! I will even sneak in a naner for you

good morning everyone.. took a sick day today.. I have this cold that will not quit.. thought if I relaxed i would get better!!

so far my relaxing has included making pancakes for darren and cleaning the kitcken!!

well i need to get off this computer and get to loading the car. I will be gone today through sunday. Hopefully i will be on at my dads some. We are going to Dothan, AL... I looked at the weather and it is 100 degrees there tomorrow.. PLus the humidity....that is ok... we HOPEFULLY are going to a waterpark on saturday!!!

Why can't my mom ever be supportive??? Now she's telling me she doesn't want me to go to bartending school!

She says she knows I can do better than that, b/c I'm smarter than that, why can't she see this isn't what I'm gonna do for the rest of my life, it's just another way for me to reach my goal of being a teacher

Personally, I see nothing wrong with bartending - if that's what you want to do. DD is planning to do it and we don't mind. If that's what she wants to do then she should go for it!

I watched the entire search and a lot of the girls that went for the auditions have four year degrees, a couple had master's degrees - but even with their degrees they preferred bartending.

they've come and gone

it was a nice little visit. They basically came in and sat at the dining room table, never even made into my newly designed living room!!!

she just asked him a couple of things, had him spell his name, told me what to expect a bit, etc.

They let him blab on and on about WDW... that's my boy!

How'd did he feel about it??
