Just making my way around and wanted to say hi.

He was whining how the kids have shuffles (got them from grandma for Christmas) and he got me one.... so we got him one.

It's a 40g refurbished. It was 212 total. And it came with the little charging dock.

You'll be able to afford one soon once you get that new job!!

That's a good deal!

mine has a list.

1st: a subscription to Smart Computing (ordered it)
2nd: an iPod (ok, I guess I'll get him that too)
3rd: a new grill (well, we DO need one..and I sure miss bar-b-ques, so I guess I'll get him one of those too)
4th: a Bible program for the computer (well it was only $10, so I go that too)

He's killing me!! (and our bank account )

So he already has one like this?

We're purchased two of our TiVo's refurbished from TiVo and have never had a problem with them (going on 2 years now).

My ibook is refurbished also (but we made sure we purchased the warranty on it since it was such a big purchase)

you can get good deals buying things like that! That's what I should have done when I bought my video camera. Now my video camera won't work and I have to get it fixed
