I started a thread on the new Creative community board asking to retire one of my OLD tags since it didn't really make sense anymore and the TF was nice enough to help me and several others out

I have spent the last hour on the phone with the electric company. How can one household DOUBLE their Kw hours used in one BLEEPING month.

My March bill was higher than my DEAD of the summer bills last year.


I am so angry right now I can't see straight.

Do they actually read the meter each month? I know when we lived down there they only read the meter every other month and would estimate if they didn't read it. Then a lot of times we would end up having a larger bill once they actually read it!
