I'm sure he would LOVE it Kelli! You're such a sweet Aunt it's just too bad that your family didn't get the sweet genes too!

I know he would love it and I can't see his parents taking him any time soon. His Sister might be the one to take him.

I just get upset because I am always the one that gives and gives and gives to their kids.

Honestly my DD is a pretty sweet kid and doesn't deserve to be dumped on by her OWN Aunts and Uncles.

when my DMIL was "going thru the change" she wouldn't give gifts to the kids on birthday/holidays and did some very odd things...but, at least it was temporary...my kids were young enough that they didn't know the difference, but it would break my heart when DH was disappointed.

When do you think you would take him? If it is the end of the month that he will be with you...maybe we should add one more to the scavenger hunt

Oh it breaks my heart. Honestly I don't know how long he will be here. My brother is supposed to let me know in a couple of weeks when he wants me to fly home with him. So I will know more than. And depending on when that is I am going to try and take a couple of days and drive down to see my family in R.I.


Kim - Can you please PM me the address to send my Post card to your DD's school. I wrote it down at work and now I can't find it.

Also did Kayla ever say if she ever received the Journal? I keep forgetting to ask her when she pops on.

Yep. My Grandmother is not getting any younger. And my Aunt will be hopefully at the tail end of her Radiation treatments.

Liz I am so glad B is enjoying school and I agree with Kathy so long as Travis is healthy I wouldn't stress the eating too much right now he is still adjusting
he will eat when he gets hungry Just don't let him fil up on junk when he gets home
