well....you can't leave him in there with all the fumes right?

We already did -DH just waterproofed a spot in the basement wall with some really stinky stuff-never phased him-even when Dh was banging away and screwing all the ceiling tiles into place did he wake up,just kept snoring away

he's impossible-never offered to help DH or anything!!!!

I've been running into that problem looking at houses down south on the internet-No Basements-I really think my kids would freak without one,so it's a big priority on our list!!!!

Well....hopefully you find just the right house...you still have lots of time to look around

yep and we want a swimming pool too!!! I've found one or two that meet that description,doubt that they'll still be available when we get down there!!! But we plan on renting an apartment til we find the right house-no rushing this time!!!!

last time it was a sellers market-every house sold in a matter of minutes,now it seems like it's turning into a buyers market-good for us when we move,bad when we sell

Oh and the really fanatic(religious type) neighbors little girl says to my DD-we're going to buy your house and move into it when you leave!!!

fine with me!!! but don't ask for too big of a discount just cause we've been neighbors!!!!

when my DSis sold her house (and she had a hard time selling even though the market was hot, but she was really overpriced) to a woman with a dog that lived in the house...I know she was upset . I was thinking to myself....who cares who lives in your house....IT FINALLY SOLD!!!!

yep -I really don't care either!!!-they can have it!!!! It is bigger than what they currently have so it would fit there family great-we have a huge flat yard and they live one a hill with little flat areas for the kids to play on!!

and we have a flat double wide loooooong driveway(about 5-6car lengths) and it would be good for their kids to ride on their bikes and toys and our house also opens up onto a golf course woods-very quiet!!!nice for the kids to go exploring in come fall-with all the crunchy leaves

I bet their parents would move back into their house-they gave the house to them when we moved in and bought a condo-and now they are expecting baby #5!!!!! so maybe they want to move in and help out-who knows!!!
