Hey Kathy
did I miss you again??

Talk about timing! I was just getting off here but had to look up an address and then thought I'd check one last time to see if anyone was here!

I'm here
I went back to bed
not to sleep but laid there and read a book and restd

KIM

the reason I didn't comment was i didn't think you would like my idea

see I am a HUGE fan of Labs
we have 2 black

so my immediate thought was since this dog keeps coming to you and you have to send it back maybe it is meant to be your

so i was thinking of asking you why not just keep the fella ?? ;)

Oh do I need to go back to sleep. I feel like a walking zombie right now! At least I can sleep in the van all day.

What time are you all heading out today?

We were planning on around ten. But I just realized that's gonna put us right in the rush hour traffic around the exits that go to Washington DC! :sad2: Oh well. We can't leave until one of us takes the furry human to the spa! (i.e. dog to the vet. :rotfl2: )

I'm not sure even sleep would make that walking Zombie feeling go away
I was like that until the day after FIL funeral
there was just so much to deal with and the emotions that i just went on overload
and of course burying him at 10 am and my little redneck monster niece was born at noon same day

hope you feel better after some rest :wizard:

That's kinda what I had thought too! :) Might have been difficult though since she knows he belongs to somebody close by. They may have a little problem with it!

oh I remember rush hour around DC only did that once
and vowed NEVER to do that again
I don't know how people put up with it all the time

We had a traffic Jam here the other day at the One traffic light in town
a farmer with a load of hay had a strap break so the Hay fell off the truck
took all of 10 minutes to get it out of the road :teeth:
abit different than normal traffic jams

When I got up this morning at 4:30 I felt really "strange." Then I realized it was hunger. DH took me out to lunch around noon yesterday and I hadn't eaten since. :lmao: Now you all know that's just not me. My theory is to eat before you get hungry! :lmao: Hmmm! Maybe I'll lose a few pounds this weekend....not!

hmmm that's true didn't think of that
but he seems like he likes her house
maybe he knows she is moving away from all the cold and snow and wants
to go too

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: Traffic jams around here are the same. Most involve hay and/or livestock! DH has had to direct traffic around loads of hay in the road and round up livestock on duty. Something you don't think about too much when you live in the city! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

While I was sitting there ( I would have helped but they had a bunch of guys and my back was killing me) I was thinking Bet Kathy has seen traffic jams like this one :rotfl:

I remember several years back when our pigs got out. (Yes, we used to raise pigs!) One neighbor stopped traffic about a 1/4 mile up the road and another neighbor stopped traffic about a 1/4 mile down the road and a couple of other neighbors helped corral the pigs.

Did you know that pigs will die if the run too much. They can't sweat!

Yes, M'am! ::yes::

I've got too much to do next week that I can't afford to get sick. So I'll take good care of myself!
