we're back from the testing. We've been back a bit, but I had so much to try to catch up on here.

Travis seems like he did pretty good. It took him about 1 1/2 hours to take both the reading and writing sections. They alloted 5 hours total for it. He said that after he finished the reading section he went back and checked all his answers. It is so nice to be over with. Now on Friday he has the math section. He's not too worried about that one... he likes math alot.

Now I'm just trying to straighten the house up b/c the cable guy is coming out to set up digital phone service here. He should be here sometime around.... 2-6pm. 4 hours of waiting and waiting.

Well at least it gives me time to get done what I want too around here.

Get this. There is a News Story on our Local news this morning. A women and her child were robbed and taken to a bank to withdraw money for the guy. The Store that she was robbed I CAN SEE FROM MY OFFICE. And the details are Terrible. And guess what this is the 3rd time he has done it AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I AM HEARING ABOUT IT.

The last one that was close to my office happened ONE MONTH AGO and they are just now bringing it up.

Do you know how many times DD and I got places by ourselves. And it appears it happened during the day because he wanted her to GO INTO THE BANK to CASH A CHECK!!!

CRAZY!!!!

YIKES!!!!! I hope they caught the jerk! Wouldn't the bank have cameras and sercurity watching you be extra careful Kelli

Alright Travis Those are very horrible conditions that they expect you to endure while the kids tests....and your children are VERY behaved....can you imagine mine I would need to bring a bunch of DVDs (or a gameboy), headphones and tons of snacks

yeh, here and there...I was gone for a while on my lunch...I was doing well until I ran into my Grandmother when she was just getting to the mall and I was leaving...we chatted a little too long

I want to buy DD some videos for her game boy....I went to the mall to look at the used games...nothing...looked at the new games...no luck either so, now I am trying to be brave w/ self control and look online again

oh yeah...they started with videos...the day we left for our last trip (when DD was really sick and I took her to the dr.) DH bought DS two pokemon videos...so, I was looking to find more, so that DD can watch them on our trip. They have pokemon, cartoon network stuff, Dora and Strawberry Shortcake, Shrek 1 and 2, Sharktales, Nemo, etc.

wow! I had no idea there was so much!! Like I said PLEASE don't tell Andie! as it is I can barely get the game boy out of her hands now! if she knows she can watch movies on it too i'll never get it away from her!
