Hey I 'm excited

I know it doesn't seem like much but I have lost 6 lbs

i never stuck to the diet when i started in Jan but i tried again last week and am doing good so far

But I really want a HUGE PIECE OF ITALIAN BREAD and a HUGE BOWL OF PASTA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to figure out what I'm going to make for lunch.. hmmm I'm thinking soup and sandwiches.

That's what I was thinking. So I put some cheddar cheese soup on. Then DH came in and said, "How about a steak!" So he's grilling steaks! Mmmmm!

Hope Lyn is OK-they just showed Hawaii being hit with heavy rains and flooding on FOX News

I don't watch the news....and it is nice and sunny where I am today. We live on the side of one mountain and I work on the side of the other mountain (dormant volcanoes)...so I am pretty safe from flooding...only one area on my drive through the valley gets flooded really bad....but if it was storming that bad (which is not too often) I would just take DHes truck to work.

I asked around and the horrible rain and mud slides are on another island...the island my sister lives on, but it is isn't the happening on at the area she lives..on a different part

Oh man....I finally caught up and have a moment and now I missed everyone and my smilies aren't working!

Kalya, I think that tofu is made from soy beans...our family loves soy beans and everyone but me likes tofu (very popular with the Japanese culture) ....but soy beans and tofu are great since they have a lot of protien. When we ate in Japan in Epcot my kids were attacking the soybeans and the other family at the table thought we were very odd...of course we are odd, but we are happy being that way

yeah I did I wore it Friday

I have another top I bought a few weeks ago that I think I'm gonna wear(it's like a white tank with beads on it and it has a black chrochet (sp?) sweater thing that goes over it) , and I bought some new shoes to do with it, so I think I'm gonna wear that Lyn I think you're right I have a shopping problem
