Tracy did you ever try to work on your wireless router?

I tried but it just won't work!!! My friend told me all I had to do was put the disk in and it will do the rest, but it's not doing it!! It keeps asking me for a password, but it doesn't have one . Albert told me I need to call my isp and set it up with them so know I'm even more confused
