She really drives me crazy! I can't wait to get out of there, I've would have been there 5 years in April. & I still have the same title that i've had since I started. not 1 promotion!

Well if the person that worked with me didn't move out of State, I probably wouldn't have moved up.

yeah, but where you're happy with your job and your boss doesn't lie to your face, I'm sure it makes a difference! I've never even gotten a big raise or anything. In the almost 5 years I've been there I've never been given more than a $0.49 raise

Sometimes I like my job and yes I am SURE he has. Trust me I deserve more than I get for the things that I put up with.

But I like the freedom I have there. Plus I have 17 years there, it would be hard to leave.


You are lucky you are still young enough to go back to school and do something that you want.
