Saturday, 9/10 is our last day and we are actually doing a Universal park that day, which closes at 7:30. Right now, I have Morimoto booked for 8:45 for a nice, special last night dinner. Now, I'm 2nd guessing that after reading recent reviews. Not sure how available other restaurants are right now, so may not be able to change it, but if I did change it, would would be a good option that is not in a park? And, not a character dining. And not O'Hana (we are eating there for arrival night). We do have 2 TS dining credits left at this point that I was using for Morimoto, so it could be 1 or 2. We will have our kids (age 14, 12 & 9).

Thanks!

I didn't care for the Boathouse which surprised me. Morimotos is good, but its not Signature level worthy in my opinion. My favorite signature is Artist Point at the Wilderness Lodge. You can try for a late ressie at Cali Grill and watch wishes one last time from the top of the Contemporary. Even if that's not available, you could keep checking as your dates get closer. I would say it really depends on what you like. Yachtsman Steakhouse is pretty awesome and a good deal on the dining plan. I could go their for their pull apart onion rolls alone.

Another +1 for Artist Point. Ressies are pretty easy to get there, and the food is amazing!! Take transportation to the Magic Kingdom, then you can easily take a boat or bus to Wilderness Lodge. Definitely worth the trip!

How long would you say the boat ride takes?

We love Artist Point! It is one of our favorites as we have eaten there multiple times. Definitely worth the trip!!

If I recall, the boat stops at Contemporary before it goes to Wilderness Lodge...I think it depends which way the "route" is running. It does a circle between MK, Contemporary, Ft Wilderness, and Wilderness Lodge. Anyhow, I would say 10-20 minutes from dock to dock, depending on if you have to stop at Contemporary first. The longest part is sitting at the dock waiting on everyone to load and get going. It's an enjoyable ride, though! We stayed at WL in 2014 and made the boat trip several times.
