Last Minute Trip to See Mickey!!

Yes that's right...I'm going back to see Mickey.

This AP is burning a hole in my my pocket and I just couldn't resist. So I'm all booked...flying out of Buffalo on Nov. the 3rd for 6 nights at POP...can't wait. Anyone coming with me?

Funny thing Susan, I am ALSO booked on that exact same flight out of Buffalo and staying at POP for those exact same dates.

LOL yes, I know that was poor planning on our part, Wendy, but you could always stay down and meet up with us...we have the room.

Sure Kelly as long as it fits in my suitcase. You know how I like to travel a la "carry-on". (well except for July when we over-did it luggage-wise! ) Although, DH did just buy a bit bigger suitcase which I might try out.

We will also be a PopC from November 5th -8th and at SSR from 10/31-11/5. We is my mother, my friend Tony(31) and Myself (30). We are doing Disney Quest, Jelly Rolls and PI. As well as the parks, EP on 11/3, MK on 11/4, MGM on 11/5 EP on 11/7 and a toss up for Saturday, they think we are resting.

If you want to meet up that would be cool!

I would love to postpone the flight but unfortunately, Tanya has to be at Albion Hills for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday! I'm already up the creek with the school because I have to get her up there Wednesday Afternoon, that is if the principal will allow her!

Penny, I hope we can work something out to meet up with you. We are still finalizing our itinerary. We do have an Afternoon Tea at the GF ps on Nov. 5 if you are interested, but I also see you are planning on being at MGM that day. Perhaps even at POP for coffee? How early do you plan on getting going each day?

Susan and I promised ourselves that we are going for the "ambiance" this trip with best intentions not to run ourselves ragged.

Even though we booked at the last minute we were able to get the $49 AP rate for all but the Friday & Saturday nights (for those nights we got the Fall Special Rate of $55) which is great. We loved POFQ when we stayed there this summer (my absolute favourite resort) but we don't plan on being in our room much so figured the price at POP can't be beat. We'd rather spend our money having nice meals (and a few margaritas).

Looks like coffee is our best bet. All our room nights are unde my name Penny De Geer.

We will have to find a day, I have a newbie with me and he wants to see as much as he can. We seem to have 11/6 as a generally open day. We also got the AP rate the end of our stay. Mom is doing the tea on Tuesday, while the newbie, Tony and I do Universal Studios and I of A. This trip will be hectic it seems, at least towards the end of the trip, but a coffee one evening would be fun!

Just wanted you all to know that your many Dis-friends will be with you in spirit when you get together for coffee I like to live vicariously through others, so while I'm at work one afternoon, I'll be picturing Julie having her Dole Whip.

We haven't bought our passes for Jan yet. We were thinking just hoppers because that would be cheaper in the long run (aka no additional trips to WDW) ... but of course we're leaning towards AP's knowing that we'll just have to suck it up and go at least one more time on the passes! They really do burn a hole in pockets ... and once you've had them, you never want to do hopper passes again.
