Last minute trip (Dec 9-15) and Fastpass+

In the planning stages for a last minute trip for Dec 9-15. Dh just found out he has a conference starting on the 16th so thinking of adding a Disney trip onto the front end. We have 3 kids and are probably staying at the Dolphin.

Haven't been since FP+ and just wondering if I'm going to have any luck making reservations. Kids all like the big rides like EE, BTM, TOT, etc.

Ordering tickets from USAA. Do I have to wait to receive my physical tix before i can book any FP's?

I just booked the 11th-16th last week. I have gotten all the FPs I wanted including SDMT and TSMM. I had to book them individually and try to find overlapping times. Honestly haven't had to invest too much time into FP.

ADRs are another story. Have yet to secure a single one I really want.

FP might be a little trickier as time goes by, but at 30 days we got everything we wanted save 7DMT (and A&E because we have no interest, but there was none anyway). You do need the tickets or more precisely, the ticket numbers, in order to put them into MDE and book FPs!

We will be at WDW from 13-20 December and can only make FP+ reservations 30 days out because we are at Shades of Green. I did our second day last night (midnight)...it's for DHS...we have a party of 10 and I was able to get FPs for ToT, RnRC, and Muppet 3D...all at reasonable times for all 10 of us. Our first day is at AK...made 8 FPs for Kilimanjaro Safari, EE, and Dinosaur with no problems...in fact, had quite a few different options. I think you should be fine getting some decent FPs.
