last minute things i fergot about- 2 CBR ??'a

Do the coffee makers come in the room or do i need to request one when we get there?

Irons and ironing board? Available to request when we get there?

How accessible are these if they need to be requested?

When we were at the CBR in May,

1. There was a coffee machine in the room.
2. We called Mousekeeping to request an iron and ironing board (and hair dryer) and they were delivered to the room in 20 minutes.

Our experience in February was the same as Bruce's.

The coffee pot was in the room. They also had a supply of coffee, cups, powered creamer & sugar too. We had brought our own coffee (the maxwell house pre-measured in the sealed filter bags).

We requested an iron & ironing board while we were there & they delivered it within a 1/2 an hour.

Returned this morning.
Coffee makers in the dressing room area......with sealed pack of coffee, sugar and creamer. Clean paper cups daily.

Requested hair dryer and clean towels by phoning mousekeeping and they were delivered within 20 mins.
Same for the Ironing Board.

Yes there are coffee makers in the room. You have to request the iron and ironing board but we got ours within 10 mins from housekeeping.
