Last minute resort changes

We are leaving next week and have reservations at ASM. We went back and forth between that and CBR. Now I think I want CBR. We are booked under a promotion. Will they still honor it since its now over? I also have the insurance if that makes a difference.

I have no idea if they will or not, but if the choice is between ASM and CBR, I'd do CBR any day.

If you do change your resort to CBR, I'd also recommend requesting Aruba or Jamaica.

My boys really liked the theme of ASM and hubby liked the price better. Now looking back, the price wasn't that much more.

If there is still availability at CBR under the promo you booked with, you can change resorts. Since the promo has expired, you will have to speak with someone in Guest Services as CRO usually doesn't have access to promos once they expire. With that said, I would call right away since you're leaving in a week. Good luck.

Just call but make sure as previously suggested you talk to guest services. Also have the pricing from the prior promotion from your notes or quotes, as that will help guest services- they has access to lots of different promotions. If they can't change to CBR ask what they can do for you with the prior pricing you wanted to get. If nothing is available that you are willing to pay for, you already have your current trip good to go. Hope it wprks out for u!

I called and it worked! Thanks for everyone's responses. Also, we are renting a car, so it won't be a hassle to switch resorts.
